Fire Engineering Assessment, Revision 01 DeltaCool, DeltaSecrectFix, DeltaTrim at 100 mm and 75 mm Fire Performance, Project No. 25367 25367-SFE-FEA-01-Delta Panel Fire Performance Page 17 o The core is mineral wool with the specifications outlined in Appendix D – Specifications for the Mineral Wool, with a nominal density of 100 kg/m3. o The mineral wool core shall have a nominal thickness of no less than 74 mm and no greater than 99 mm excluding the peaks within the DeltaTrim™ profiled skin. o The peaks on the corrugated DeltaTrim™ panel shall be completely filled with mineral wool, be no greater than an additional 33 mm onto the thickness of the mineral wool core (for a total thickness of 132 mm of mineral wool at a peak), the lateral width of the peak shall be no greater than 75 mm, and spaced at no less than 250 mm between centres, as indicated in Figure 4-15. o The steel skins may be pre-painted and shall have a nominal thickness of no less than 0.6 mm inclusive of the painted coating on the internal side of the panel. The external side of the panels shall have a nominal thickness of no less than 0.4 mm inclusive of the painted coating. o The adhesive layer between the steel skin and the mineral wool does not exceed 1 mm, or a total of 2 mm throughout the entirety of the cross section of the panel in aggregate. o The joint and corner detailing shall be constructed in accordance with Figure 4-4, Figure 4-5, Figure 4-6, Figure 4-7, Figure 4-8, and Figure 4-9 with equivalent fasteners, channels, angles, and sealants. 4.1.4 Tested Assembly Detailing Figure 4-1 – Left and right wall panel layout (pg. 13, RTF252619 R1.0 by Jensen Hughes).
