APPENDIX A – PRODUCT TECHNICAL DATA 
A1 Type and intended use of product 
Delta MW and EPS Panel Class 10a Awning and Patio Roof System is to be used as the roof of an Awning or Patio that run parallel with a side boundary and is within 900mm of that side boundary when attached 
or adjacent to a Class 1a building as shown in the figure below.  
A2 Description of product 
The panel closest to the boundary that is within 900mm (Panel 1) is a non-combustible Mineral Wool cored panel that is either DeltaTrim-MW or DeltaOrb-MW Panels. The remaining panels in the system are 
either and DeltaOrb™ EPS-FR or DeltaTrim™ EPS-FR (Panel 2 – 3). 
 
DeltaTrim-MW & DeltaOrb-MW panels which consist of a top skin of 0.42mm G550 AZ150 Steel and a bottom skin of 0.55mm G300 Z275 Steel with a 100kg/m3 nominal density Mineral Wool core. The panels are 
available in a 75mm, 100mm, 125mm or 150mm thick and with a minimum panel width of 900 mm in various lengths.  
DeltaOrb™ EPS-FR and DeltaTrim™ EPS-FR panels which consist of a top skin of 0.42mm G550 AZ150 Steel and a bottom skin of 0.55mm G300 Z275 Steel with a 13.5kg/m3 nominal density SL Grade EPS-FR core. 
The panels are available in a 75mm, 100mm, 125mm or 150mm thick and with a panel width of 1000 mm in various lengths.
