Delta Panels are now manufacturing insulated doors in our very
own Door Shop in the factory.
 
These doors are constructed on-site by Delta employee Gary,
who has been manufacturing doors for about 11 years, with the
last 9 months spent at Delta Panels. Gary is a cabinet maker by
trade, and his experience in the door shop is invaluable as we
look to expand more and more within the panel industry.
Currently, Gary manufactures doors for freezer rooms and cold
rooms,  as well as personal access doors, made out of Delta
Insulated panels, with approximately a two week turnaround.

Recently, Delta Panels' sister company, Delta Metal Products (DMP) have
started manufacturing gutters in the Square and Quad profiles as well as
Patio-style, taking another step in become a true 1-stop-shop when it
comes to roofing with insulated panels. 
Folding up to 8m in length for the Patio-Style gutters, and even longer for
the standard Hi-Front Quad & Square profiles, the gutters can be produced
in any of the colours in the Delta Colour Range. We are also stocking the
end caps and brackets to suit, as well as 90mm round gutter droppers.
We would like to advise our customers that the profile will vary from
previous suppliers, so if you are wanting to match an existing gutter,
please let your sales rep know so we can look into this prior to
manufacturing at DMP.
WHAT' S NEW?
We are also in the process of installing Powdercoating
Machinery at the DMP shed, which we are expecting to
have up and running in the coming months, allowing us to
provide more colour options to our customers for beams,
flashings, extrusions and more.
